I think land pollution is such a big issue because the earth is where we live - and if we don't take care of our land what will happen to human nature? What kind of world would we live in? I hate to imagine it.
I think that we can stop land polluton by stopping the littering, becuase it really dosent take alot of effort to walk a few extra steps to the garbage can and throw something out. It is also such a big issue becuase it is not only affecting the land it is also affecting us by causing birth deffects.By Alyssa

Welcome to the Grade Seven's Doing Our Part for Planet Earth Blog! This blog is a place to share questions, information, and ideas about our planet.
Excerpt from Chief Seattle Speech - 1854
.... The Earth does not belong to man; man belongs to the Earth. This we know .... All things are connected.... Man did not weave the web of life; he is merely a strand on it.... Whatever he does to the web, he does to himself.
